Mieke Scarrott

In-person 28 Apr 2026 Chemistry session done. Mieke is frustrated at her workplace. What transpired was that she's actually yearning for 'freedom'. She is married, 29. On delving further it became clear that Mieke seems to be living a predetermined script - not written by her. She would like to be the primary scriptwriter for her own life. At numerous times she would say 'I don't know' - to which I pushed back. We used the RPM (not explained in detail to her) to develop a super practical plan to get physical. She now has a clear what, why and how to pursue and she's really excited about this. This is a movement away from 'nice girl' to being a 'real girl' (not a mean girl). She remembers what this felt like as a kid - being a focused winner. She later, at the end of our session brought a quote from a movie (she has an M-degree in film making): You're a leading lady yet you're playing the part of the 'best friend'. This one stuck with her. She will honour the appointments she made with herself this week. She will also 'journal' about her psychiatrist and reflect how she too is like Marina - independent and free. She would like to proceed with coaching. I will send her the contract and investment guide.
