Jaco Baard

Great first session with Jaco. We talked about his work challenges at VW Baron's Tokai, and the pressure he's experiencing both from leadership, and in leadership. Specifically, two tough conversations he needs to have with his department heads: one insecure and the other over-secure. He would like to see deep change happen in the culture at his workplace, which would also solve the downward pressure from top management he's currently experiencing.
